I’ve been trying to keep the celebrity gossip to a minimum these days so that I can focus on fashion.  So, if you’ve noticed I’ve only been publishing posts pertaining to Celebs on Mondays.  Hence the new name!!

Queen Latifah, Aretha Franklin, Gloria Gaynor, all performed at the recent 91st birthday party for the great Nelson Mandela.  WOW!! In my short life I’ve been able to witness so many things come to fruition, that many people have only dreamed about.  I actually remember when apartheid was still around and Nelson Mandela was in jail.  It was an amazing tribute for an amazing man.  Mandela is still dancing and full of life at age 91 after all that he’s been through, what’s our excuse??  Check out the Triple F’s that had the honor of gracing the stage at this momentous occasion:
