Lola’s Get Fit Journey: Week 2 & 3
Well as you already know I’ve had some technical issues that prevented me from posting but no worries I’m back!!
So let’s recap:
So far I haven’t lost any weight so my specs are the same but I have been watching what I eat for the most part, Caribana through me for a little bit of a loop. Too much BBQ!! I’ve been getting stronger and I look forward to seeing what I can accomplish in terms of transforming my body to tighter, firmer version of what it is.
This week I’m commiting to going to the gym at least 3 times and I will train with Dennis on Sunday. My number 1 issue is water consumption. Now this is something I find that people totally relate to or just don’t understand at all but I really HATE water. It takes every bone in my body to consume the amount I should have on a daily basis. For some reason it’s just so hard for me to digest but I need to change my mindset because water is the best thing to keep you body running like a fine tuned machine. The only thing I found that works for me is adding lemon. I’ll have to cut some lemon to bring to work with me this week. This is all about being healthy folks I want to see my grandchildren grow up.
